Fairgrounds and AI in Minecraft
Year 5 were learning about Fairgrounds in their IPC unit. In Digital Education, we used the Fairgrounds and AI unit in Minecraft. Children learn about and use a range of AI within Minecraft to solve problems and missions. We will then create teams and make our own fairgrounds.
Children created a price structure for their fairgrounds and made sure that the rides and stalls were clearly signposted with costs. We then invited the Y4 children to visit the fairgrounds. All Y4 children were given $10 (in the form of counters) to spend in the fairgrounds.
We used some fairground music from YouTube and a quick introduction video on Canva, the children had a great time sharing and exploring their fairgrounds
With a fun introduction email to teachers (with the help of ChatGPT) , everyone was invited!
