International Technology
My name is Adam, and I have been teaching since 2003. I began my career in a small village near Salisbury, where I taught for four years before moving overseas to Brunei. It was here that I developed a passion for technology and STEAM, leading the school's ICT initiatives.
From Brunei, I moved to Belgium as a Key Stage 2 Leader, where I played a key role in developing the school's approach to technology. I then became Deputy Head at a school in Paderborn, Germany, continuing to drive innovation in technology and STEAM. After a brief return to England—where I took on another Deputy Head position and homeschooled my children through Covid—I spent a year teaching in Sakhalin, in the far east of Russia.
In 2022, I returned to Brunei, where I now teach and lead Digital Education across the school, working with students from Year 2 to Year 8.
Throughout my career, I have grown as a teacher and leader, inspiring both children and adults to embrace technology, AI, and STEAM. My focus is on using these tools to enhance learning, reduce workload, and prepare students for the modern world.
